We have a broad area that we are recruiting for in terms of students to come and now as we are focus on students in middle and high school, we now have the opportunity in some agencies to bring in high school students to intern program.”
Mr. Robert Dixon, Jr. retired as a member of the Defense Intelligence Senior Executive Service (DISES), while serving as a Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Officer. During his active duty military career of 30 years, he retired in the rank of Colonel from the United States Air Force. He is currently an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). As a senior leader, he developed mentoring programs and strategies for various organizations across government. He has nurtured the professional and personal development of leaders and future leaders at all levels of their careers.
Mr. Dixon was born in Plant City, Florida. He graduated from Morehouse College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Chapman University with a Master’s degree in Administration. He was a certified Intelligence Community Officer as well as a graduate of Air War College and the Federal Executive Institute. Mr. Dixon is married to Patricia Jackson Dixon, and they have four children.
