Air Traffic Control Competition

We would like to invite your school to join us for the PATRIOTS AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL COMPETITION. 

Students will be involved in an interactive presentation where they will learn about careers in the air traffic control industry such as pilots and air traffic controllers.  

COMPETITIONS: 

Ten teams of three students will be required to present a 1-page research paper on aerospace careers, produce a poster board display on their findings, develop a website and a brochure, and provide an oral presentation before a panel of aerospace industry professionals. 

This will be followed by playing Airport Madness 3D, an air traffic controller simulation. Students will compete to see who can land the most aircraft in 5 minutes. 

PRIZES: 

• 1st Place – $100 Gift Card 
• 2nd Place – $50 Gift Card 
• 3rd Place – $25 Gift Card 

ADMISSION FEE:

Members: $10 (includes lunch)
Non-Members: $20/per person 

COMPETITION FEES:  

Maximum of 10 Teams per Competition (3 students per team) 

Members: Free 
Non-Members: $30/per team of three
