Pre-Mother’s Day Video Competition

“Why I Love My Mother.”

The purpose of this program is to engage more girls/boys and their mothers (grandmothers, aunts, or female guardians/mentors) to compete in a competition on STEM careers and to receive information on the process and selection of a college with the options available for the ideal job in their career.

We will highlight three mothers on how they raised their children.

Participants: Individuals /5^th to 12^th Grade Students

Competition: Participant will produce a maximum 2-minute video on why they love their mothers, grandmothers, aunts, or female guardians/mentors.

Videos are due by April 30, 2021.

Prizes:

• 1^st Place Winner – $100 Gift Card
• 2^nd Place Winner – $75 Gift Card
• 3^rd Place Winner – $50 Gift Card
• Each mother/female mentor will receive a special Mother’s Day Gift.
